Latest News: You can now drop your entry off at the Great Rissington Club on the day, Saturday the 13th September 2025 until 10:45am

1. Entry Requirements:
a. Participants must complete the registration form below to enter.
b. There is token entry fee of just £1 per entry. Any excess revenue to Rissiefest 2025 and selected charities.

3. Submission Limits:
a. Each participant can submit up to 3 entries.
b. Submissions should be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.

4. Eligibility:
a. The competition is open to all Lego enthusiasts, regardless of age or location.
b. Participants do not have to attend RissiFest to enter the competition, but we encourage you to join us and immerse yourself in the spirit of the event.

5. Closing Date:
Entries must be dropped-off at the Great Rissington Club up until 10:45am on the 13th September 2025 Write your name, title of the piece, email address and mobile phone number on a sticky label that will be provided. Please include the £1 entry fee

6. Judging and Selection:
a. A panel of expert judges will evaluate the entries based on creativity, composition, technical skills, and relevance to the theme.
b. The decision of the judging panel will be final and cannot be contested.

7. Announcement of Winners:
a. The winners will be announced and feature at RissiFest on the 13th September 2025 and notified via email by 30th September 2025.
b. All entries will be displayed at RissiFest and may also be featured on the festival's website and social media platforms.
c. Winning entries will be part of a special feature with full credit given to the creator.

8. Prizes:
a. Exciting prizes will be awarded to the top three entries.
b. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Display of Entries:
a. By participating in the competition, entrants grant RissiFest the right to display their submitted entries during and after the event.
b. Digital entries uploaded to the website may be featured on the festival's official website or social media pages for promotional purposes.

10. Usage Rights:
a. The copyright of the submitted Lego ® Models will remain with the entrants.
b. However, by submitting their entries, participants grant RissiFest non-exclusive rights to use the images for promotional purposes related to the competition or future RissiFest events, with appropriate credit to the modeller.

11. Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to adhere to ethical and respectful of Lego practices.
